PATRICK SALVATO
CEO
About
Communication and active listener, Patrick set the environment of trust and collaboration on his business. Known for his mentoring and problem solving skills, he built this company from scratch. Patrick began his journey in the construction industry in 2014, focusing initially on Residential projects of painting and small carpentry repairs. After five years of developing his proficiency he founded Longarone. During his free time, Patrick likes to ride his Harley Davidson and spend time with his family.
CAROLINA NASCIMENTO
Senior Estimator
About
Civil Engineer specialized on Project Management for Commercial and Residential Buildings. Carolina currently resides in Brazil and has been working with Longarone Exteriors since 2022, bringing extensive experience to various construction projects. Her main task includes delivering accurate and efficient estimates that align with client expectations and goals. Outside of work, Carol is always looking for new things to learn, she also prioritizes spending time with her Family and Friends.
GIULIA BERNARDI
Office Manager
About
An Office Manager needs to have all aspects of the business at an arm-length distance. As a Post-It addict and a To Do list Pro, Giulia can bring ideas, brainstorms and problem solving methods to keep things running. With 3 years of management experience, Giulia has been providing general administrative support to our clients, vendors and employees. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and an old lady at heart. Her hobbies include: Crochet, Craft, traveling, learning new languages and volunteering at the Fraternity Without Borders and AKSSMA!

Since 2022, Franklin has been a valued member of the Longare team. With a background in Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering, he has accumulated substantial experience in the civil construction industry since 2009. His expertise involves Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects. Additionally, Franklin has played a significant role in the Quality Control Section, contributing to the attainment of the ISO 9001 certification. During his free time, he exhibits a keen interest in technology and is an enthusiastic cook. He also enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with family and friends.

About
Ana holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has gained experience across different facets of the construction process, including project design, estimating, scheduling, and cost control. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Management and Cost Engineering. At Longarone’s Estimating team, Ana works closely with top suppliers to prepare accurate cost estimates and deliver the most complete proposals to clients. Based in Brazil, Ana loves music and cats and enjoys spending her free time relaxing at the beach, taking dance classes, and spending time with her friends and family.

Laion is committed to excellence in every aspect of his role, ensuring top-tier service and client satisfaction. He is very devoted to family, culinary pursuits, and outside adventures. Whether preparing new dishes or snowboarding down the Aspens, he continually seeks new experiences.

Kai is the field supervisor at Longarone Exteriors. With his hard hat on, he goes to job sites to ensure that everything is done in the safest and most effective manner possible. His previous experience as a carpenter significantly contributes to the efficiency and quality of his work. Kaique is dedicated to ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and excellence. In his free time, he enjoys watching 80s horror movies and spending time with his 6 cats and his chihuahua named Pacco.
WINSTON SALVATO

Winston has one year of experience in construction (since his birth in 2023). An active dog that plays 24/7. His tasks include making sure all employees are doing their job and offering him their food during lunch break. In his free time, he likes to borrow flower pots and tennis balls from the neighbors and explore the woods.
